Refund Policy


Our refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only refunds are granted.

– The m3u URL or xstream code does not work after contacting support.

– The server is not compatible with the customer’s device.

– Any subscription returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Once you have notified our team, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your request. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
